You will provide general administration assistance for the manufacturing and Distribution supply chains and the Maintenance Coordinator. The communication between our employees and our managers and staff are crucial to achieving our vision of being the premier global provider of chemical solutions to the oil and gas industry.

Job Duties:

  • Answer the phone, order office supplies, and coordinate courier
  • Provide back-up for manufacturing administrative positions
  • Inventory control and accounts payable
  • Tracking documentation that is aligned with ISO requirements
  • Comply with all safety initiatives and certification requirements including near miss and incident reporting
  • Compile monthly Manufacturing Activity Report

Requirements - Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years of office administration skills
  • Requires intermediate to advanced computer expertise with Microsoft suite of applications, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications
  • Accuracy in detailed work including strong data management and analysis skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to take initiative and work independently
