Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. Please contact Ascension Technologies Direct at 281-271-8531 or by email at email@example.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) before returning products, within 30 days of ship date. Then with your return be sure to include a copy of your original invoice, the RMA, product information and reason for return, and the requested action you would like us to take with your returned product/s. Product returns will go to Ascension Technologies, Inc., Refunds Department, 2437 Bay Area Blvd Houston, Texas 77058.
The method of refund will be determined by the original method of payment. NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA may not be credited.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact UPS (or other shipping company as appropriate) or Customer Support immediately, retain all products and shipping materials to make available to the shipping service should they require it. Refunds may be contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There may be a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Contact us within 30 days of the shipping date if you intend to return any item sent from our store. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us, may not be eligible for a refund. Customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
